1. When the event starts, players have one free chance per day to play the Wheel.
2. During the event, players will get 21 chances per day to play (including the free chance).
3. During the event, if a player has chances left over one day, they will roll over to the following day.
4. At the end of the event, all of a player’s leftover chances will be erased.
