Introduction
|
Inarizushi is a traditional dish that utilises experimental ingredients. Made primarily with 12 pieces of tasty tofu skin, 30 grams of thick grilled eggs and 2 cooked mushrooms, it is said that the fox deity in Japan, 'Inari', adores this sushi and eating it can recover one's strength. In reality, it tastes just as great as people say; one bite into an Inarizushi and you'll realise the sweetness and saltiness is just right. This triangular fried tofu skin is fresh, juicy, and wrapped in Burdock root. Also, rice with vinegar and sesame seed is also mixed with the Burdock root. This enables various flavours to be fused together, spreading in one's mouth after taking a bite. One will surely be intoxicated with the flavours. |
