Feed the Floof

Joyous Celebration

Event Duration: 1 Feb 19 ~ 11 Feb 19
Event Duration: 23 Apr 20 ~ 03 May 20

A large-scale event like Pizza’s carnival event. Broken into various components:

Special event items:

1. Main Story

1 chapter unlocks per day, just spend 1 Play Ticket to clear it for 5,000 Celebration Points and 3,000 Celebration Tokens. All enemies are immune to Stun, Charm and Silence.

Celebration Points are used to determine your rankings at the end of the event, and can yield the following rewards if you obtain enough:

Getting UR Food Soul Turkey

In the CN server, they managed to get around 310,000 Celebration Points average. Therefore, they needed ~200,000 more (60 Entry Tickets) to get the full Turkey. This meant a spending of around 900+ Crystals.

However, CN players are stronger than we are, and I personally only hit Lv. 14 for Aizen stage. I expect to spend close to 2000 Crystals or more.

2. Booth

The Booth works like your restaurant, you obtain Celebration Tokens by putting one Food Soul to sell one of the following festive cuisine:

Each festive cuisine starts at 0 Proficiency and can go up to 2500 Proficiency by playing the Play Celebration. Increasing Proficiency increases the chance of sale and Celebration Tokens earned. More info about obtaining Proficiency can be found under Play Celebration.

Some Food Souls get skills that can only be used in the Food Stall:

Preparation Phase

From 0:00 to 20:00, the Food Stall will be in preparation phase. Players will be able to pick the Food Soul and cuisine to serve. They can also change how much to sell the Food for, which affects the sale efficiency.

Business Phase

From 20:00 to 0:00, the Food Stall will be in business and players will not be able to edit anything. The celebration tokens earned will be updated hourly, and players’ restaurants will be ranked and rewards will be sent out via mail.

On each day, one of the 10 available festive cuisine will be recommended and have its chance of being sold be increased by 10%. However, it will be hidden at first and clues given out slowly until it is finally revealed at 20:00. (Feature removed in Global)

Which cuisine to sell? Is Proficiency worth?

If your festive cuisine is at <300 Proficiency, try and sell the recommended cuisine. If it’s above 300 Proficiency, you can consider selling the non-recommended dish since the extra 10% chance of sale can be neglected.

A 500x Celebration Token payment for Proficiency brings about ~634x Celebration Token as profits, so it is worth it. With that said, the CN wiki recommends committing to one festive cuisine, raising it to 2500 Proficiency and only selling that. Try and choose one that isn’t already past its recommended day to maximize profits.

However, this takes luck since we don’t know which cuisine will be chosen ahead of time.

Which Food Soul should I use?

To start, using a Food Soul that boosts the chance of sale is the best as it brings about the most profits as compared to the other two skills.

But, if you are able to get a festive cuisine close to 2500 Mastery, it will boost the chance of selling cuisines close to 100%, making a Food Soul with the Customer Flow Skill better than the rest.

Daily Booth Rewards

You need to earn at least 10,000 Celebration Tokens from the Booth to qualify for the daily Food Stall rankings. Rewards are as followed:

Touring Airship = Round Trip Airship

3. Play Celebration

To put it simply, it’s like Monopoly. Roll the dice to move forward, and use the Round Trip Airship item if you want to land somewhere specific within 6 spaces.

The CN wiki recommends using your Airships to increase Mastery of your festive dish first if you are pushing rankings.

When you use a Play Ticket, it randomly picks one of the 5 maps. Each map has a different fallen boss. You can spend crystals to repick if you don’t want to fight that map. All enemies and bosses are immune to Stun, Charm and Silence.

Hilena Campus Festival -> Uke Mochi

Tamakyo Temple Fair -> Aizen

Lake of Ice Tears Carnival -> Orochi

Moonrise Festival -> Queen Conch

Fireworks Show -> Garuda

Once Play Ticket is used, it won’t be refunded even if you quit or lose.

Each map has their own difficulty level of 1~20, and the higher you go the more Celebration Points + Tokens you can earn. If you lose you lose the Play Ticket too, so pick a lower level if you are stuck.

This is how the map looks like. I am not going to bother translating the fine print those red lines led to, instead I’ll explain it below:

6 types of squares, with the boss at the end:

Black Market

Each Black Market square you land on will have 3 items for sale. You can choose one to buy. Possible items:

Clearing the Main and Side Stories

4. Mystery Ring Toss (Gacha)

Like how we got M Food Soul Cheese, Rice is gotten through Gacha. It costs 1000x Celebration Token to play once, and you get the whole M Food Soul Rice as long as you hit 100 tries.

Unlike Cheese’s Gacha, the ring toss does not reset and you can play as many times as you wish.

Common Rewards

Getting M Food Soul Rice

Using the gacha 100 times costs 100,000 Celebration Tokens and nets you around 26~38 Rice Shards. It can be more or less depending on your luck.

11 days of the event will bring about 120 Entry Tickets, and assuming you stop at Lv. 14 of the Play Celebration maps, your earnings will be around:

A player that hit Lv. 14 should be able to get 3Rice by playing normally. However, it still depends on their luck.

If you want 5Rice, based on the gacha % alone you will need 528,000 Celebration Tokens and assuming you stop at Lv. 14, you will need to buy 146x Entry Tickets on top of what you get for free (Spend 2190+ Crystals). So ~15x Entry Tickets each day is what you are looking at.

Calculations above are subject to player RNG!!
